What a Father’s Day our fifth team had. Father and son Ethan and Ian McCormack batting together and Ian scoring his first fifty for the club, Jessica and Mike opening the batting, Jessica taking a wicket and Mike 2 catches keeping, Phil Morton playing in front of his son and dad, Riley Stevenson hitting a four and taking a caught and bowled in front of his proud grandad and finally Ben and Jack ward batting together in front of there proud dad Danny With Jack taking two wickets and hitting 29 and Ben taking a wicket! This is what cricket at Bootle is all about…….Family!
