This is stored on the Onedrive, safeguarding file.
Save with Childs full name and Date of incident ensuring the file is password protected. This should only be accessible to the Welfare Safeguarding team, Club chair and Secretary.
Share concern with parents/carers if safeguarding permits (if referring puts the child in further danger, discuss directly with one of the below people before the referral is sent.

If the issue cannot wait until the next working day, please contact Sefton’s Emergency Duty Team outside of the above hours, including weekends and bank holidays, on 0151 934 3555

d) The NSPCC Helpline on 0808 800 5000 or email help@nspcc.org.uk
- Once the incident has been shared with the parent or above listed contacts, send the referral to safeguarding@cricketregulator.co.uk; and the County Welfare Officer
- Check if referral has been receive by contacting cricket regulator on 020 7432 1200 and follow any actions given.
- Monitor referral and ensure child’s wellbeing and safety are at the centre of any further investigations by authorities
- Ensure incident is added to safeguarding log (stored on Safeguarding file on Onedrive)
If it is an emergency and someone is at immediate risk, then call the Police on 999
